contains: Instructions, blended vegetable oil, a mould, thermometer, gloves, plus a mixture of botanical additives or clays, & essential oils.
Note: This kit comes without lye because we cannot ship lye through the mail. Lye, however, is a necessary ingredient in soapmaking so you will need to purchase it before making your soap. Lye can be purchased separately in most grocery or hardware stores. Only purchase 100% lye otherwise your soap will not turn out. Select an herb and essential oil blend as listed below.
If you would still like this kit sent with the lye included please give us a call. The only way we can send lye is via Purolator and we would need to call them and get a quote. This is only an option within Canada, lye cannot be sent to the US or overseas at all. Please see the about us section for more details.
